Privacy policy
How Fastimmat may process information when a UK owner prepares a Spanish registration file.
Data Fastimmat may process
Fastimmat may process data entered during simulation, contact data, vehicle data, residence or municipality details and documents uploaded for a registration file.
Documents may include vehicle registration papers, V5C/log book data, identity information, invoices, customs records, technical documents and other items needed to prepare the file.
Service providers
The application is hosted by Scalingo SAS, 13 rue Jacques Peirotes, 67000 Strasbourg, France. Documents transmitted through the service may be stored on Object Storage infrastructure operated by Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l’Évêque, 75008 Paris, France.
Depending on the feature used, Fastimmat may rely on payment providers, transactional email tools, messaging tools and document analysis tools only when the relevant workflow is active and validated.
Fastimmat should not request unnecessary data. Users should avoid sending sensitive documents through channels that are not intended for document upload.
Purpose and limits
Data is used to estimate costs, prepare documents, review file consistency, communicate with users, handle payment or dossier steps, and support administrative preparation.
Amounts shown are estimates based on official sources and must be validated after documents are received. The provisional quote is based on the information entered.
UK vehicle documents
UK files can contain V5C/log book details, customs or DUA evidence, import VAT records, invoices and technical conformity documents. These documents can reveal identity, ownership history and vehicle data, so they should be handled through the intended upload flow whenever possible.
