2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device, for example a computer, phone or tablet, when you visit a website.
Cookies and similar technologies may help the site work correctly, protect browsing, keep a client dashboard session active, remember choices, measure site usage and improve the user experience.
3. Duration and origin of cookies
Session cookies
Session cookies are temporary. They are deleted when you close your browser or at the end of the session. They may be used, for example, to keep a journey step or temporary session active.
Persistent cookies
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period. They may be used to remember your choices or keep a secure connection available for a limited period.
First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set directly by Fastimmat or its domain. Third-party cookies may be set by external providers used for payment, analytics, security, hosting, document storage or file-related communications.
4. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the site and the services requested by the user. They help display the site correctly, secure browsing, manage access to the client dashboard, maintain a user session, enable secure payment and protect the site against abuse.
They do not require consent when they are strictly necessary for the requested service.
| Cookie or technology | Purpose | Indicative duration | Controller/provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fastimmat session cookie | Temporary maintenance of the user session or journey. | Session | Fastimmat |
| Dashboard authentication cookie | Secure connection to the client area. | Limited duration | Fastimmat |
| Security cookie | Protection against abuse, abnormal requests or unauthorised access. | Variable | Fastimmat or technical provider |
| Consent cookie | Storage of your cookie choices when a consent module is available. | Up to 6 or 13 months depending on configuration | Fastimmat or consent tool |
5. Personalisation cookies
These cookies adapt certain site features to your preferences, such as selected language or display choices. When they are not strictly necessary, they may be subject to consent.
6. Analytics cookies
Fastimmat uses analytics to understand site usage, pages viewed, journey drop-offs, page performance and traffic sources.
As of this update, Fastimmat uses PostHog with a limited configuration: autocapture disabled, session recording disabled, simplified URLs without query parameters and no intentional personal data such as email, phone number, name, registration number, VIN, address, documents or magic links in events.
| Tool | Purpose | Limited data | Controller/provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| PostHog | Page views, non-sensitive product events and journey understanding. | Page path, host, environment and technical browser information depending on configuration. | Fastimmat / PostHog |
Depending on the tool and its configuration, these cookies or similar technologies may require prior consent.
7. Payment cookies
Fastimmat may use payment providers, including Stripe or an equivalent provider. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to secure payment, prevent fraud, authenticate the transaction and make the payment page work correctly.
These cookies are generally necessary for the payment requested by the user.
8. Support, email and communication cookies
Fastimmat may use tools to send emails, manage customer requests, send secure links or facilitate exchanges related to the file. These tools may use cookies or trackers where necessary for service operation, security or communication measurement.
9. Advertising or commercial tracking cookies
Fastimmat does not activate third-party advertising pixels on the site as of the update date of this policy.
If Fastimmat later activates advertising or conversion tracking cookies, they may be used to measure campaign effectiveness or improve commercial communications. They will only be set with your consent where required.
10. Technical providers
Fastimmat may rely on several technical providers.
Application hosting
The application service is hosted by Scalingo SAS, 13 rue Jacques Peirotes, 67000 Strasbourg, France. Support: support@scalingo.com.
Document storage
Documents sent through Fastimmat may be stored on Object Storage infrastructure operated by Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville-l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France.
Payment and analytics
Payment may rely on Stripe. Analytics may rely on PostHog. These providers may use technologies required for security, payment, analysis or service operation.
11. Consent and preference changes
On your first visit, Fastimmat may display a cookie banner or preference module allowing you to accept, refuse or customise cookies subject to consent. Strictly necessary cookies for the site or service cannot be disabled from this module.
When the site provides a "Cookie settings" link, you can use it to change your choices. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
Blocking certain strictly necessary cookies may prevent the site, simulator, payment or client dashboard from working correctly.
12. Consequences of refusing non-essential cookies
If you refuse non-essential cookies, you can continue using Fastimmat. Some optional features may be limited, such as less precise analytics, reduced personalisation, less reliable campaign measurement or less detailed journey improvement.
Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the main service, except where certain cookies are strictly necessary for a requested feature, such as dashboard access or secure payment.
13. Updates and contact
Fastimmat may update this policy to reflect legal, regulatory or technical changes, recommendations from competent authorities, added or removed tools, or changes in the providers used.
